GOVERNANCE COMMITTEES
Project Board
The Project Board, which will address the main decisions concerning the project, is composed of one Management Representative from each partner and is chaired by the Operative Manager. The Project Board is formally empowered by the consortium agreement to take decisions affecting the budget and the objectives of the project, changes and exploitation agreements, and is the highest authority for conflict resolution, with the Project Manager having a casting vote if necessary.

Steering Committee
The Steering Committee, made of representatives of all the partners including the Project Manager and the Operative Manager, together with at least one representative of the identified stakeholders for each region, will be in charge of the policy recommendations and will supervise the content of the most important deliverables. It will also supervise the project development process and will prepare the grounds for integrating its result into the regional mainstream policy at a later stage.
The Steering Committee will act on the basis of the recommendations and conclusions from the regional round tables that will bring together all the regional stakeholders for innovation such as public administration and the policy-makers, enterprises, research organisations and technology centres, universities, business support organisations, chambers of commerce, technology transfer agencies and risk capital providers. Therefore it will represent the position of the most important actors/organisations in the domain of innovation building.
