Second Dissemination Conference and Presentations

The second OMEN Transregional Conference was held on September 22, 2006 in Seville (Spain). The Conference entitled "How to Evaluate Innovation Policy: A Comparison of European Methodologies" brought together policy makers, policy users, innovation drivers, research centres and delegates of the European Commission (EC) to share knowledge, experiences and methodologies on the crucial themes of Benchmarking and Policy Impact Assessment.
The site has been updated with detailed information on the conference along with all the presentations made by the OMEN consortium and the other Innov 4 Strand 2 twin projects that presented their findings at the OMEN dissemination conference.

OMEN NOMEN
The objective of Project OMEN is to develop efficient tools to monitor the success of regional innovation policies and provide institutional representatives with observations and suggestions on the weaknesses that continue to hinder the full development of competitiveness.
